CORPUS CHRISTI

Corpus Christi was founded in 1517 by Richard Foxe once a close confident of Henry VII. In the middle of the main quadrangle is a Pelican Sundial. It is a Christian symbol of self-sacrifice.

VIEW FROM

Corpus Christi is located opposite Oriel college and beside the back of Christ Church college on Merton Street. Such a picturesque street but a real bugger to cycle on due to the cobbled stones underneath.
