This disk-shaped tiered building was designed by the Swiss architects Herzog & de Meuron. The glass frontage wrapping itself around the outside represents government in all it's glorious transparency.

The Blavatnik School of Government sits opposite the world famours Oxofrd University Press. Built in the late nineteenth century, this Grade II listed building houses the Clarendon Press which is the University printing house.
