Imagine the rain falling through the holes of a leaf, intermittent light capturing the watery drops as they fall headfirst onto a floating structure below, this is the Rain Pavillion; a student design competition won by architecture students Alexandra Horsman and Charlotte Birch made possible by 'students and staff from the Estates Project team, the School of Architecture and the School of Arts, as well as a number of industry partners.'
