Oxford

 

Linacre College was founded in 1962 and became an independent college of Oxford University in 1986. It is named after the founder of the Royal College of Physicians, Thomas Linacre. The college motto is 'No end to Learning'.

 

VIEW FROM 
 

Four buildings make up Linacre College: the OC Tanner building, Bamborough building, Abraham Building, and the Griffiths building. The buildings are designed in the Queen Anne style and made of "Linacre College Special Blend Brick".

Linacre College was the first college in Oxford to acquire Fair Trade status. This means it will stock Fair Trade products on campus and it will incorporate the history of Fair Trade into its curriculum.
